Region 13 by : Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) The Water Division maintains a Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP), also known as the “ Plan,” in accordance with Section of the federal Clean Water Act.

The WQMP is an inventory of all permitted municipal and industrial point source dischargers in Arkansas that contain water quality-based. The Arkansas Water Plan ("AWP") is the state's policy for long-term water management.

The AWP includes all previous updates to the Plan and is a dynamic framework updated to meet our state's changing needs.
